By purchasing and accessing 120 Visivia Prompts, you agree to these Terms.
You acquire lifetime access to a library of AI prompts for management, delivered in a members area protected by an access code. "Lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the product/service for as long as it is offered by Visivia.
We grant you a personal and non-transferable license to use the prompts in your own business and with your clients. You are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, publishing or sharing the library (in whole or in part) or the access code with third parties.
For Brazil, the price is R$ 37, one-time. Outside Brazil, the price is US$ 9, one-time. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You have an unconditional 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase. Within this period, simply request a refund by email and we will return 100% of the amount, in accordance with the right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 49).
Prompts in the "Legal-light" category generate drafts and guidance and do not replace the analysis of a lawyer. Documents with legal effect must be reviewed by a qualified professional. Visivia is not responsible for the use of the results without proper review.
The prompts are tools. Results depend on the AI model used, the data you provide and your context. We do not guarantee specific financial or commercial results.
