This Policy describes how Visivia ("we") handles data related to the 120 Visivia Prompts digital product, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).

1. Who is the controller

Visivia is the controller of the data processed in this purchase relationship. Data protection officer/support contact: [email protected].

2. What data we process

Payment data: collected and processed directly by Stripe (our payment processor). We do not store card numbers on our servers.
Purchase email: used to send the access code and provide support.
Access code: used to unlock the members area. It is not sensitive personal data.

The landing page has no capture form: no personal data is collected before purchase.

3. What we use it for

Process the purchase and deliver access to the product.
Provide support and honor the 7-day guarantee.
Send library updates, when applicable.

Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal/tax obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed for delivery: Stripe (payment) and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected].

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for support, the guarantee, and legal/tax obligations. After that period, it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. The members area only stores your access code in your browser's local storage, so you don't have to type it again. You can clear it by clicking "Log out".
